长链非编码 RNA 在泌尿系统恶性肿瘤中的研究进展

         

摘要

目前泌尿系统恶性肿瘤在我国的发病率越来越高,对于肿瘤的防治已经成为现代医学研究的重点。长链非编码 RNA(long non -coding RNA,lncRNA)是一组长度超过200nt(nucleotide),缺少完整蛋白编码功能的 RNA,曾被认为是基金组转录的“噪音”。目前研究发现,lncRNA 具有多种生物学功能,在表观遗传学调控以及转录和转录后调控等发面发挥着重要作用,参与了泌尿系统疾病的发生发展。本文就 lncRNA 在泌尿系统恶性肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述,旨在为泌尿系统恶性肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供新的思路。%At present the incidence of the urinary malignant tumors in our country has a more and more morbidity. Therefore the prevention and treatment of tumors have been recognized as an important direction of current medical re-search.Long non -coding RNAs(lncRNAs)are RNAs having a length exceeding 200nt(nucleotide)and lacking the a-bility to code a complete protein.Recent studies have shown that lncRNAs are related to a wide range of biological functions and play important roles in the regulation of epigenetics,transcriptional and post -transcriptional processes. They are closely associated with the development of urinary system diseases such as tumors.This article reviewed the advances in studies on lncRNAs in urinary system malignant tumors,with the aim of providing new insights for the di-agnosis and treatment of urinary system malignant tumors.
