非小细胞肺癌患者血清中炎症相关细胞因子的表达及其变化影响因素

摘要

目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌与炎症相关细胞因子的关系,了解肺癌患者疾病发展过程中细胞因子的变化情况.探寻手术治疗对非小细胞肺癌患者血清中细胞因子的影响.方法:对拟选取标本的患者,进行病史采集,所有患者与健康志愿者均空腹静脉采血5 ml,分离血清,储存于洁净试管中置于-80 ℃储存备用.利用ELISA法对36例非小细胞肺癌患者和6例健康志愿者血清中细胞因子含量进行检测.将所测患者细胞因子含量按早期与中晚期、男性与女性、术前与术后分组进行统计分析.结果:非小细胞肺癌患者血清中所检测各类细胞因子的表达均显著高于健康志愿者(P<0.01).术前非小细胞肺癌患者血清中所检测各类细胞因子的表达均高于术后(P<0.01).在早晚期非小细胞肺癌患者血清中含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)的是白介素(IL-)1β、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10,而含量无明显差异(P>0.05)的是IL-13、IL-23、IL-8、IL-24、IL-17、TNF-α、IFN-γ.早期非小细胞肺癌患者血清中IFN-γ的含量与健康志愿者相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).女性非小细胞肺癌患者血清中各类细胞因子的表达与男性患者相比较无显著差异(P>0.05).结论:炎症相关细胞因子在非小细胞肺癌的发病及进展中具有重要的作用,手术治疗对非小细胞肺癌患者体内细胞因子影响显著.%Objective:To investigate the relationship between inflammatory cytokines and lung cancer,to under-stand the change of cytokines in the development of lung cancer patients.Explore the effect of cytokines in non-small cell lung cancer patients after surgical treatment.Methods:To be selected specimens of patients,medical history col-lection,all of the patients and healthy volunteers were fasting venous sampling 5 ml,separation of serum,stored in the clean tube under -80℃ storage for later use.Using the method of ELISA detected serum cytokine of 36 patients with lung cancer and 6 cases of healthy volunteers and analyzed it according to different pathological stages,different gen-der and different differentiation groups.Results:Non-small cell lung cancer patients with the expression of cytokines in serum was significantly higher than healthy volunteers(P <0.01). The cytokines in the serum of preoperative NSCLC patients were higher than postoperative(P<0.01).The results showed that IL-1β,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10 levels in patients with early and late NSCLC appeared difference,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The content of IL-13,IL-23,IL-8,IL-24,IL-17,TNF-α,IFN-γ in early and late NSCLC patients and no obvious difference.There was no statistically significant difference in the content of IFN-γ between early pa-tients with NSCLC and healthy volunteers.Female non-small cell lung cancer patients with the expression of cyto-kines in serum compared with male patients had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Inflammation relat-ed cytokines in the pathogenesis and progress of non-small cell lung cancer plays an important role in the process. Surgery has obvious effect to the patients with non-small cell lung cancer.
