目的：了解凉山彝族自治州会东县高中生的意外伤害情况与心理健康状况，并探讨二者之间的关系。方法采用随机整群抽样法抽取会东县14个高中班级高中生共830人，运用症状自评量表（SCL-90）及自制的学生意外伤害调查表对其进行调查，回收有效问卷815份，回收率为98.19%。结果受调查的815人中，27.98%的学生有意外伤害史，男生意外伤害发生率[60.96%（139/228）]显著高于女生[39.04%（89/228）]，差异有统计学意义（χ2=11.567，P=0.000）。该县高中生SCL-90各因子分显著高于2004年4省常模，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。除SCL-90的人际关系敏感和恐怖因子外，在其他因子上，意外伤害对学生心理健康存在显著影响（P<0.05）；且意外伤害越频繁或越严重，学生的心理健康状况就越差。结论该县高中生的心理健康状况不容乐观，意外伤害与其心理健康状况有密切的关系，是影响学生心理健康的重要因素之一，应引起当地教育部门、家庭及社会的重视。%Objective To approach the accidental injuries and mental health as well as their relationship of the senior high school students in Huidong County of Liangshan Yizu Automous Prefecture. Methods It was adopted random cluster sam-pling to select 830 senior high school students from 14 high school classes in Huidong County,applying symptom checklists(SCL-90) and self-designed questionnaires on accidental injuries to conduct the investigation. 815 copies were returned,accounting for 98.19%of the effective return rate. Results Among the 815 students in this study,27.98%were injured accidently. The injury occurrence rate(60.96%,139/228) of the male significantly higher than that(39.04%,89/228) of the female. The difference had statistical significance(χ2=11.567,P=0.000). The SCL-90 various factors points of this county were much higher than the norm of the four provinces in 2004(P<0.01). Besides the interpersonal sensitivity and horror factor,other factors also played an importance role in students′mental health(P<0.05). The more severe or frequent the accidental injuries occur,the worse the students′men-tal health become. Conclusion The mental health of the senior middle school students in this county is unoptimistic. There is a close relationship between the mental health status and accidental injuries ,which is one of the important factors impacted on students′psychological health. The local education authorities,families and society should attach greater importance to them.
