宫颈癌中长链非编码RNA研究新进展

摘要

Long non-coding RNA(LncRNA) is a non-coding RNA molecule between 200nt and 100 kb of transcription in eukaryotic cells without protein coding function. Many studies over the years have shown that LncRNA not only had closely con-nection with cervical cancer occurence development,diagnosis and prognosis,but also provided a new research direction for spe-cific target treatment. In this review, it had summarized the impacts of a variety of LncRNAs in cervical cancer in recent years.%长链非编码RNA （LncRNA）是真核细胞中转录本在200 nt至100 kb的非编码RNA分子，无蛋白质编码功能。多年来研究显示，LncRNA不仅与宫颈癌发生发展、诊断、预后有密切关系，还可为特异性靶点治疗提供新的研究方向。该文通过概述LncRNA和对近年来多种LncRNA在宫颈癌中的影响进行综述。
