Objective To set up the review criteria for accurate results on blood cell analysis. Methods On the basis of "41 items of International Consense Review Rule and Slide Review Rule" proposed by international hematology expert group,3 126 blood specimens were detected and the results were analysed according to the criteria,statistics on the data were made to find out the reliability of the policy. Results According to the analysis result of Sysmex SF-3000,the true positive ratio(TP),the false positive ratio (FP),the true negative ratio (TN) and the false negative ratio (FN) were 12. 83％,17. 79 ％ , 66. 5 ％ and 2. 88％ ,respectively. Based on the characteristic of Sysmex SF-3000,put forward the criteria for slide review following automated CBC and WBC differential analysis in Sysmex SF-3000 hematology analyzer. The validation result demonstrated that no blast cell and immature cell was missed. Conclusion It's significant to set up the criteria for peripheral blood smear. It could provide more accurare and reliable information to clinical doctors.%目的 制定血细胞显微镜复检标准,保证血细胞分析结果准确性.方法 根据国际血液学复检专家组推荐的41条复检规则和涂片镜检阳性规则,结合齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院的具体情况制定血细胞镜检标准,对3 126份标本的数据分析,评价标准的可行性.结果 利用Sysmex SF-3000对3126份标本的结果分析,真阳性率12.83%,假阳性率17.79%,真阴性率66.5%,假阴性率2.88%.根据本实验室仪器性能特点,提出血细胞计数和白细胞分类的涂片复检规则,通过验证试验结果显示,血液病细胞无漏检情况.结论 制定血细胞显微镜复检标准,能够加强血细胞检查准确度,为临床提供更有价值的信息.
