白细胞介素-10基因多态性与子宫内膜异位症易感性关系的Meta分析

摘要

Objective To evaluate the association between interleukin-10(IL-10 )polymorphisms and endometriosis suscepti-bility by meta-analysis.Methods Computer retrieval Pubmed,Embase,Chinese HowNet,Chinese biomedical and Wanfang database.Published data relating to case-control studies reporting the link between IL-10 polymorph-isms and endometriosis were retrieved.Meta-analysis was conducted to determine whether the IL-10 gene polymorphisms were associated with endo-metriosis.Results Six studies were finally accepted for analysis.There were five studies focused on-819T/C polymorphism and six studies focused on-592A/C polymorphism.The odds ratio of each genetype for endometriosis:TT/CC,TC/CC,AA/CC and AC/CC were 0.90(0.81~0.99),P<0.05;0.92(0.82~1.02),P>0.05;0.92(0.79~1.07),P>0.05;0.98(0.90~1.06),P>0.05.No significant publication bias was found regarding TT/CC,TC/CC,AA/CC and AC/CC genotypes(P=0.81,0.81,0.71,0.26).Conclusion IL-10 gene-819TT genotypes may be a protetive factor of endometriosis.There was no related to show that other genotypes in position-819 and-592 were associated with endometriosis.%目的：利用 Meta分析方法评价白细胞介素-10（IL-10）基因多态性与子宫内膜异位症易感性的关系。方法计算机检索Pubmed，Embase，中国知网，中国生物医学和万方等数据库。收集2013年11月之前发表的IL-10基因多态性与子宫内膜异位症相关性的病例对照研究，应用 STATA9.0对采纳的数据进行 Meta分析。结果6篇文献被纳入分析，关于-819T/C多态性的文献5篇，关于-592A/C多态性的文献6篇。Meta分析计算合并值（95％可信区间）：TT/CC基因型为0.90（0.81～0.99），P＜0.05；TC/CC基因型为0.92（0.82～1.02），P＞0.05；AA/CC基因型为0.92（0.79～1.07），P＞0.05；AC/CC基因型为0.98（0.90～1.06），P＞0.05。研究结果均未发现显著发表偏倚（P值分别为0.81，0.81，0.71和0.26）。结论当前的研究支持IL-10-819位点的基因型TT是子宫内膜异位症发病的保护因素，而-819位点的基因型TC和-592位点的基因型 AA和 AC与子宫内膜异位症的发病无相关性。
