作者机构指标纳入学术期刊评价重要指标的探讨

摘要

本文通过对比分析国内外主要期刊评价体系中的各项指标,从作者维度和读者维度阐述了作者机构指标在期刊评价中的重要性,提出应将作者机构指标作为重要指标纳入期刊评价体系之中.作者机构指标是一个复合指标,由作者机构数、机构选出率、海外机构比、机构扩散指标和选出机构扩散指标构成.%This paper analyzed the indexes of the main journal evaluation systems in China and abroad, and expoun?ded the importance of the author organization index in journal evaluation from the author dimension and reader dimension, the author organization index was proposed as a core index in the periodical evaluation system, furthermore, the paper gave a detailed description of the author organization index. In this paper, author organization index was a composite index, which consisted of author organization,organization selection rate, overseas organization ratio, organization diffusion index and organization selection diffusion index.
