The countermeasures should be that the basic position of traditional family model should be strengthened, depending on soil function should be enhanced, social security system should be perfected, laws and regulations should be sane, filial piety education should be reinforced and rural aged provision should be consolidated.%内蒙古通辽市当前农村养老面临着传统的家庭养老模式受到冲击、土地养老功能弱化、社会保障体系不健全等困境。应对措施应为，巩固家庭养老的基础地位、强化土地养老功能、完善社会保障体系、健全法律法规、加强孝道教育、强化农村养老意识等。
