论构建社会主义和谐社会收入分配公平的基础

摘要

The distributive fairness depends on the conditions of allocation of production between different social groups whether it is fair. Among them, the key is whether the workers＇ dominant position can be improved, and the core is whether the workers＇rights can be guaranteed. To solve this problem, it is required to deep the Marxist - oriented structural research of corporate governance, strengthen the system construction of enhancing the position of workers, and reasonably limit the capital expansion force. This is the solution to the current income distribution fairness in China,and thus the approach to construct a harmonious socialist society.%分配的公平性取决于生产条件在不同社会群体间的分配是否合理,关键是劳动者的主体地位能否得以提升,核心是劳动者权益能否得到保障。为此,需要深化以马克思主义为主导的企业治理结构研究,加强提升劳动者主体地位的制度建设,合理限制资本的张力。这是解决当前我国收入分配中的公平问题,从而构建社会主义和谐社会的途径所在。
