中药熏蒸结合悬吊运动疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of herbal fumigation combined with sling exercise therapy(SET)on knee osteoarthritis. Methods 30 cases with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into 2 groups: observation group and control group, 15 cases in each;herbal fumigation combined with SET was performed on cases in observation group while herbal fumigation combined with routine rehabilitation training was performed on cases in control group, the course in both groups lasted for 1 month;Lequesne index was applied before treatment and one month after treatment in the evaluation of the knee joint function of the cases. Re-sults The scores of knee joint functions of the cases in both group were more improved than those before treatment, and the scores of the cases in observation group were much superior to those of the cases in control group. Conclusions Herbal fumigation Combined with SET can effectively improve the knee joint function of the patients with Knee Osteoarthritis, the curative effect is obvious and the combination is of synergistic effect.%目的：观察中药熏蒸结合悬吊运动疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将30例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各15例；观察组采用中药熏蒸结合悬吊运动疗法进行治疗，对照组采用中药熏蒸结合常规康复训练的方法，每组均治疗1个月。分别于治疗前和治疗1个月后对患者进行膝关节功能评定（Lequesne指数）和疗效观察。结果两组患者治疗后的膝关节功能评分及疗效观察较治疗前均有改善，而观察组显著优于对照组。结论中药熏蒸结合悬吊运动疗法能更有效的改善膝骨性关节炎患者的膝关节功能，且治疗效果显著，两者结合具有协同作用。
