目的:探讨在不同氧分压环境之间进行间歇性暴露,对机体免疫功能的影响。方法:30只雄性BALB/c小鼠随机分为3组,高原富氧间歇性暴露组(E组),高原对照组(C-H组)和平原对照组(C-L组)。连续暴露14 d,每日12 h,检测小鼠免疫器官指数、淋巴细胞增殖活性;血清免疫球蛋白(IgG)和C-反映蛋白(CRP)水平。结果:与C-L组比较E组和C-H组的胸腺指数降低(P〈0.05),各组脾脏指数差异无显著性(P〉0.05);各组IgG、CRP差异无显著性(P〉0.05);与C-L组相比E组和C-H组T淋巴细胞增殖能力降低,差异有显著性(P〈0.01);B淋巴细胞增殖能力各组之间差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论:间歇性低氧及相对富氧暴露14 d后小鼠特异性细胞免疫功能降低,体液免疫功能相对稳定,但E组损伤和下降的程度比C-H组明显减轻。%Objective: To explore the effect of intermittent exposure under different oxygen pressure on mice immune function.Methods: 30 BALB/c mice were randomly divided into three groups,plain group(C-L group),hypoxia group(C-H group) and oxygen-enriched group(E group), and were exposed consecutively for 14 days,12 hours per day.Test the immune organ index,blood CRP and IgG content and proliferative activity of spleen lymphocyte. Results: Compared with C-L group,thymus index of E group and C-H group were decreased(P〈0.05),while spleen index between three groups had no significant difference.The concentrations of CRP and IgG between three groups had no significant difference.Compared with C-L group,proliferative activity of T lymphocyte of E group and C-H group were significantly decreased(P〈0.01).Proliferative activities of B lymphocyte between three groups had no significant difference.Conclusion: After 14 days exposure under different oxygen pressure,the mice's specific cellular immunity function was depressed,while humoral immune function was relatively stable.However, the damage degree of E group was minor than C-H group.
