I型干扰素在李斯特菌感染中免疫抑制作用机制的研究进展

摘要

I型干扰素在李斯特菌感染中的作用成为近年的研究热点。大量研究证实I型干扰素在李斯特菌感染中发挥免疫抑制作用，但其产生及作用机制仍不十分明确，本文就I型干扰素在单核细胞增多性李斯特菌感染中的产生及免疫抑制机制的研究进展进行综述。%The role of type I interferon in Listeria monocytogenes infection has become a hot research topic in recent years.A large number of studies have confirmed that type I interferon bring the immunosuppressive role into play in L. monocytogenes infection, however, its creation and its role mechanism is still not very clear.Advances in the creation and the immune suppression mechanism of type I interferon in multiplying L.monocytogenes infection were summa-rized in this paper.
