“裸X”词族的语义衍生机制

摘要

With the development of society, many new words have emerged accordingly. Based on ＂naked x＂ word family as examples with, this paper analyzes the process of semantic derivation and its generated mechanism from the perspective of cognitive linguistics. It draws such a conclusion that the generation of eaeh word experiences the processes of semantie conflict, and semantic abstract and semantic generalization. These processes are a seman- tic continuum and are operated with semantic metaphor. Metaphorization is the main motive power for its generation of new word and its meaning.%随着社会的发展,很多新词应运而生。本文以＂裸X＂词族为例,从认知语言学的角度分析＂裸X＂词族的词义衍生过程及生成机制,从而得出每一个新词的产生都是经历过了语义冲突、语义抽象和语义泛化的过程,这三个过程是一个语义连续统,都是以语义隐喻为机制运作起来的,隐喻化是产生新词新义的主要动力。
