By the method of room temperature solid - phase synthesis and with infrared spectroscopy,scan-ning electron microscopy,X - ray diffraction spectra,We experimented the synthesis of cobalt(Ⅱ)and dimeth-ylglyoxime,8 - hydroxy quinoline,glycine one,two,three complexes. In infrared spectroscopy,where should form a coordinate bond of N atom,O atom and the original CH bending vibration stretching vibration absorption peaks occurs red shift. By scanning electron microscopy characterization,we found its particle size and structure had changed. Scanning by X - ray diffraction characterization,we found product and raw materials to generate new peak peaks disappeared. These indicated a successful synthesis of cobalt(Ⅱ)primary,secondary and tertia-ry coordination compounds.%采用室温固相合成方法合成钴(Ⅱ)与丁二酮肟、8-羟基喹啉、甘氨酸的一、二、三级配合物,并通过红外光谱、扫描电镜、X 射线衍射进行表征。红外光谱发现,应该形成配位键的 N 原子、O 原子原有的 C - H 弯曲振动和伸缩振动吸收峰都发生了红移。扫描电镜表征发现,在颗粒粒径、结构等方面都发生了变化。X 射线衍射表征发现,产物有新峰生成和原料峰的消失。结果证明成功合成了钴(Ⅱ)的一级、二级、三级配位化合物。
