2型糖尿病患者颈动脉IMT增厚与胰岛素抵抗相关指标的探讨

Objective :To investigate the correlation of carotid artery in type 2 diabetes with thickening of IM T and in‐sulin resistance .Methods :Choice in July 2012 to June 2014 in the fifth ,kunming medical university affiliated hospital , diagnosed with type 2 diabetes ,and has not been treated ,104 patients carotid IM T thickening as the study group ;de‐termined by physical examination 117 cases of healthy people as the control group .Analysis of carotid IM T and the bi‐ochemical markers and insulin resistance index correlation .Results :The control group and type 2 diabetes with abnormal IM T total cholesterol (TC) ,triglyceride (TG) ,low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL‐C) ,high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL‐C) ,glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) ,fasting insulin (F‐Ins) ,fasting plasma glucose (FPG ) ,fruc‐tosamine (FMN) ,platelet (PLT ) ,C‐reactive protein (CRP) ,insulin action index (IAI) ,homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance index (HOMA‐IR) differences were the obvious statistically significant .Conclusion :In patients with type 2 diabetes carotid IM T thickening are associated with insulin resistance .%目的：探讨2型糖尿病患者颈动脉 IM T 增厚与胰岛素抵抗的相关性。方法：选择于2012年7月－2014年6月间就诊于昆明医科大学第五附属医院，确诊为2型糖尿病，且尚未接受治疗、颈动脉 IM T 增厚的患者104例作为研究组；经体检确定的健康人群117例作为对照组。分析颈动脉 IM T 与各项生化指标及胰岛素抵抗相关指标的相关性。结果：两组中总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL‐C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL‐C）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、空腹胰岛素（F‐Ins）、空腹血糖（FPG）、果糖胺（FMN）、血小板（PLT ）、C‐反应蛋白（CRP）、胰岛素作用指数（IAI）、稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA‐IR）差异均有明显统计学意义。结论：2型糖尿病患者颈动脉 IM T增厚与胰岛素抵抗有相关性。
