肥皂水灌肠在急性阑尾炎术前准备中的临床应用及疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨肥皂水灌肠在急性阑尾炎并肠管扩张积气及肠梗阻术前准备中的临床应用及疗效。方法：将符合纳入标准的100例患者按照入院顺序随机分为A、B组，A组术前进行肥皂水灌肠、禁食水、备皮，B组按照传统方式只行禁食水、备皮。观察两组的手术时间、术后肠道功能恢复时间、切口感染发生率、住院费用、平均住院时间。结果：A组在手术时间、术后肠道功能恢复时间、切口感染发生率、住院费用、平均住院时间方面均优于B组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：对于合并有肠管积气、扩张及肠梗阻的急性阑尾炎患者术前用肥皂水灌肠可缩短手术时间，促进术后肠功能恢复，降低术后切口感染率，减少住院时间及住院费用。%Objective:The purpose of the study is to explore the clinical application of soapsuds enema for preoperative preparation of acute appendicitis having the symptom of dilatation of intestine or ileus. Moreover ,the paper aims to in‐vestigate curative effect of the application of soapsuds enema for preoperative preparation of acute appendicitis. Meth‐ods:100 patients with acute appendicitis were randomly divided into group A and B. Group A were made preoperative preparations involving soapsuds enema ,abrosia and skin preparation. Group B accepted the traditional preparations in‐cluding abrosia and skin preparation before the operation. The two groups were observed the following five aspects:the time of operation ,the postoperative recovery time of intestinal function ,the incidence of postoperative incision in‐fection ,the hospitalization expenses and the length of stay of inpatients. Results:Group A made a significant progress than group B (P<0. 05) in terms of the time of operation ,the postoperative recovery time of intestinal function ,the incidence of postoperative incision infection ,the hospitalization expenses and the length of stay of inpatients. Conclu‐sion:The application of soapsuds enema for preoperative preparation of acute appendicitis having the symptom of dilata‐tion of intestine or ileus facilitates to reduce the time of operation ,the length of stay of inpatients the hospitalization expenses and the incidence of postoperative incision infection. Additionally ,it is conducive to the recovery of intestinal function of the patients.
