中医医院护理人员中医综合服务能力培养的实践与探索

摘要

To summarize the experience of TCM hospital paramedic comprehensive service ability training .Combined with the situation that TCM hospital nurse’s basic theory and practical skills were ubiquity weakness ,by structure the system of nurse’s hierarchical continuing education training and evaluation and carry out normatively ,use diversifica‐tion strategy training form ,pay attention to TCM care business management ,to improve nurse’s TCM comprehensive service abilities .It was fully reflect the connotation quality of TCM nurse ,to improve patient satisfaction and nursing professional identity ,and also to provide gist for set up the TCM nurse post evaluation system ,and optimization TCM nurse business indicators management .%总结中医医院护理人员中医综合服务能力培养的实施体会。结合中医医院护理人员普遍存在中医基础理论、实践操作技能薄弱现状，构建护士分层级继续教育培训与考核体系并规范实施、运用多元化策略培训形式、重视中医护理业务管理以提高护士中医综合服务能力，充分体现中医护理内涵质量以提高患者满意度和护士职业认同感，同时也为中医医院护理岗位的评价体系的建立、优化中医护理业务指标管理提供依据。
