大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤SOCS-1/3mRNA的表达和意义

摘要

目的 研究SOCS-1/3在大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤中的表达及意义.方法 制作大鼠心肌缺血再灌注模型,用RT-PCR的方法 检测模型组与假手术组SOCS-1/3及炎症因子mRNA的表达.结果 在心肌缺血再灌注组中,心肌损伤明显,两个炎症因子--肿瘤坏死因子-α和白细胞介素-6的表达水平均升高,与假手术组相比,其差异有统计学意义;同样地,心肌缺血再灌注组较假手术组SOCS-1/3 mRNA表达水平明显升高,两组差异有统计学意义.结论 SOCS-1/3在大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型中表达增多,可能在预防心肌缺血再灌注炎症损伤中起作用.%Objective To investigate the expression and significance of SOCS - 1/3 in rats with experimental myocardial ischemia/ reperfusion injury. Methods The model of rats with experimental myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury was established. The expression of SOCS - 1/3 and inflammatory cytokines mRNA in myocardial ischemia/reperfusion group( MIR) and sham group was evalunated with RT - PCR analysis. Results The expression of two kinds of inflammatory cytokines( interferon - alpha and interleukin - 6) mRNA was increased on the MIR , and there was significant difference between MIR group and sham group. At the same time, the expression of SOCS - 1/3 mRNA was increased apparently on the MIR group,and there was significant difference between the two groups too. Conclusion The expression of SOCS - 1/3 mRNA was increased in rats with experimental myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury. It may be valuable for the control of inflammatory injury in myocardial ischemia/reperfusion.
