不同疗程抗肺炎支原体感染在儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜中的疗效分析

摘要

Objective To observe the efficacy of different treatment to remove Mjcoplasma pneumoniae (MP) infection of untreated children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). Methods Totally 62 cases of 1TP untreated children with serum MP - IgM antibody -positive were randomly divided into group A (21 cases) , group B(21 cases) and group C (20 cases). Based on conventional therapy, after given tz weeksN3 weeks and 4 weeks course of anti - MP infection treatment, We observed platelet recovery and relapse rates. Results The recent efficiency in each group was no significant difference. Recurrence rate of group A in 6 months and in 1 year was higher than that in group B and group C (P < 0. 05) , while recurrence rate of group B and group C in 1 year had non - significant difference. Conclusion Different course of treatment to clear the MP infection had no influence on the short - term effect of acute ITP in children, but could reduce the relapse rate. The treatment to MP infection of children with acute ITP had been suggested 3 weeks therapy to clear MP infection.%目的 观察不同疗程清除肺炎支原体(MP)感染对初治的儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的疗效.方法 血清MP-IgM抗体阳性的ITP初治患儿62例被随机分为A组(21例)、B组(21例)和C组(20例),在行常规治疗基础上,分别给予2、3和4周不同疗程抗MP感染治疗,观察其血小板恢复情况和复发率.结果 各组间近期有效率无显著性差异,A组的6个月内复发率及1年内复发率高于B组和C组(P＜0.05),而B组和C组的1年内复发率无显著性差异.结论 不同疗程清除MP感染对儿童急性ITP的近期疗效无影响,但能减少复发率,对于MP感染的急性ITP患儿建议行3周疗法清除MP感染.
