血尿酸与扩张型心肌病患者心功能关系研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum uric acid (SUA) and cardiac function and myocardial remodeling in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM).Methods The cardiac functions of 212 DCM patients were assayed by color Doppler echocardiography and the level of SUA and NT-ProBNP were also detected.Results SUA in NYHA Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were (322.75 ± 95.955μmol/L),(419.75 ± 107.210μmoL/L) and (559.48 ± 139.34μmol/L),respectively.Significance was observed between the three groups(P ＜ 0.05).Level of SUA was negatively correlated to LVEF(r =-0.244,P ＜ 0.01) and positively correlated to LAD (r=0.324,P ＜0.01) and LVDD(r =0.402,P ＜0.01).Conclusion SUA in DCM patients was associated with cardiac function%目的 探讨扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者血尿酸(SUA)水平与心功能关系.方法 对笔者医院212例DCM患者行彩色多普勒超声检查,并检测SUA及NT-ProBNP的水平.结果 NYHAⅡ、Ⅲ与Ⅳ级患者SUA分别为322.75±95.95、419.75±107.210和559.48±139.34μmol/L,各组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).SUA水平与LVEF呈负相关(r=-0.244,P＜0.01),与NT-ProBNP呈正相关(r=0.324,P＜0.01),与LAD呈正相关(r=0.237,P＜0.01),与LVDD呈正相关(r=0.402,P＜0.01),而与RAD、RVD、IVSD、LVPWD之间无显著相关性.结论 DCM患者SUA与其心功能具有相关性.
