中药复方制剂防治肝癌的研究进展

摘要

Hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC) is the sixth most common cancer worldwide. The incidence is increasing in Europe and the United States, while China is the high incidence area of hepatocellular carcinoma. The prevention and treatment of HCC using traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) is our source of features and advantages. In recent years , the advances in research on molecular mechanism of compound Chinese medicine preparations on directly suppressing the liver cells , affecting the apoptosis of hepatocarcinoma cells, improving immunity of hepatocellular carcinoma patients and others developed rapidly, while the clinical curative effects of compound Chinese medicine preparations also obtained certain progress. We have summarized herein the TCM prevention and treatment of the HCC in recent five years in order to provide some infonnation.%肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是世界第6大肿瘤,近年来HCC发病率在欧洲和美国呈上升趋势,我国为高发区.中医药防治HCC是我国治疗HCC的特色和优势,近年来复方中药制剂对HCC细胞的直接抑制,对细胞凋亡的影响,以及在提高机体免疫力等方面的分子机制研究进展迅速;复方中药制剂预防和治疗HCC的临床疗效观察研究也取得了一定的进展,现将近5年中药复方制剂防治HCC的研究进展做一综述,为提高中医药防治肿瘤的疗效提供参考.
