Enterovesical fistula in Crohn's disease is easy to be misdiagnosed, which necessitates a deeper insight into the disease so as to achieve earlier diagnosis and treatment. This article reports 2 cases of enterovesical fistula in Crohn's disease, reviews relevant literature and analyzes the etiology, diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Both the 2 cases were treated by surgery and follow-up revealed no serious postoperative complications. CT combined with cystoscopy is the first choice for the diagnosis of enterovesical fistulas in Crohn's disease, and surgical resection is the main method for its treatment. For most cases, simply resection of the bowel lesions is enough, and bladder fistula needs no special treatment.%克罗恩病膀胱瘘容易误诊,需提高对它的认识,以求早诊断早治疗.文中报道2例克罗恩病膀胱瘘误诊的临床资料,并结合文献综合分析讨论其病因学、诊断和治疗.2例均行手术并经病理确诊,术后随访至今治疗效果良好.认为CT结合膀胱镜是确诊克罗恩病膀胱瘘的首选检查.在治疗上手术为首选,大部分患者只需切除病变肠管,膀胱瘘并不需要特殊处理.
