白细胞介素6在前列腺癌发生发展中的作用机制研究进展

摘要

近年来越来越多的研究表明白介素6（ IL-6）在前列腺癌的发生发展中发挥着重要作用。文中主要从IL-6对前列腺癌细胞内信号通路和雄激素受体（ AR）的影响，以及前列腺癌抗白介素6治疗研究的最新进展进行综述，为临床上治疗前列腺癌提供更多的思路。%Recent studies have shown that the interleukin 6 ( IL-6) plays an important role in the development of prostate cancer.In this paper, the influence of IL-6 on the prostate cancer cell signaling pathways and androgen receptors , and the treatment of prostate cancer with anti interleukin-6 drug were reviewed .This review aims to provide more ideas for clinical treatment of prostate cancer.
