基于多层面调查的医院图书馆创新服务实践

摘要

In order to understand the development and changes of hospital reader＇s demands and serwices technology in libraries under the network environment, the paper caiTies out investigation and analysis on the following aspects： the information demands characteristics of different readers, electronic resources allocation status, network new media technology application status. Based on the above it puts forward countermeasures to innovate service practices in hospital libraries, including adjusting collection structure, strengthening databases self - construction and information literacy training for readers.%为了解网络环境下医院读者需求和图书馆服务技术的发展变化，分别对不同读者群信息需求特点、电子资源配置情况和应用网络新媒体技术现状进行调查分析：在此基础上提出医院图书馆创新服务实践的措施，包括调整馆藏结构、加强自建数据库和读者信息素养培训等方面。
