应用K-means聚类方法对医院图书馆读者2013-2014年申请外文全文推送服务的2850条记录中文献申请频率、申请文献与发表时间差、期刊种类和文献需求量等4个指标进行分析，发现50名读者聚为以科研教学查询资料为目的的读者，周期性跟踪阅读最新外文全文文献，以了解学术前沿思想为目的的读者，医院培养的硕士、博士学员读者3类。通过读者聚类分析，了解阅读需求，支持医院图书馆为读者提供精准的专业文献服务。%The application frequency ( times) , the time difference between applied literature and its publication date, the number of journals and the need of literature in the 2850 applications for foreign full-text literature push service of hospital library readers in 2013-2014 were analyzed using the K-means clustering method, which showed that 50 readers were clustered into 3 groups: readers who searched information for scientific research and teaching;readers who regularly read the update foreign full-text literature, and readers of the hospital-trained master and doctorial students. Clustering analysis of the readers helped us to know their reading demands and supported hospital library to provide precise and accurate literature service for the readers.
