The paper introduces the concept and development of reading therapy, with the reading therapy experiences to hospital staffs in Library of Kunming Medical School Attached Yan＇an Hospital as an example, it elaborates the service strategies, objectives, characteristics and methods, analyzes the economic and social benefits, discusses the advantages of medical libraries developing reading therapy and its prospect.%介绍阅读疗法的涵义与发展，结合昆明医学院附属延安医院图书馆针对医院工作人员开展阅读疗法的实践，阐述阅读疗法的服务策略、对象、特点与方式，分析其经济效益与社会效益，探讨医学图书馆开展阅读疗法的特色优势及其前景。
