人口健康信息化背景下医学信息管理人才培养探讨

摘要

介绍美国卫生信息化人才培养的整体方案，结合我国医学信息管理本科人才培养现状和存在问题，从课程体系、师资队伍、教学模式3个方面提出人口健康信息战略背景下的医学信息管理本科人才培养对策。%The paper introduces American health informatization talents cultivation scheme, combining the current situation and ex-isting problems of medical information management talents cultivation in China, it proposes medical information management undergradu-ate talents cultivation strategies under the strategic background of population health informatization from three perspectives: curriculum system, teaching staff and teaching mode.
