The paper analyzes detailedly the current problems and challenges of Information Technology (IT) operation and maintenance management of the hospital,and states the logical architecture,deployment architecture,functional modules and application effect of Realtime Intelligemt Infrastructure Library (RIIL),in order to improve the efficiency of IT operation and maintenance work.%详细分析当前医院信息技术运维服务管理所面临的问题和挑战,阐述实时智能基础架构数据库的逻辑架构、部署架构、功能模块、应用效果,提高信息技术运维工作效率.
