医院微信公众平台信息服务研究

摘要

The paper takes the 17 hospitals in Chongqing as its study subject,analyzes the status quo of hospital information service from the use of their WeChat public platforms,builds category of information released on WeChat public platforms from the content level,and makes suggestions on information service of WeChat public platforms.%以重庆市17家三级甲等医院为研究对象,从微信公众平台使用情况剖析医院信息服务现状,从内容层面对微信公众平台发布的信息进行类目构建,对微信公众平台的信息服务工作提出建议.
