目的 探讨肺软骨瘤样错构瘤的CT表现.方法 回顾性分析本院2013年7月～ 2017年10月18例经病理证实的软骨瘤样错构瘤患者的CT表现,并与病理对照,复习文献.结果 18例均为肺软骨瘤样错构瘤,5例表现为咳嗽咳痰,4例表现为胸部疼痛,其余9例无临床症状.肿瘤与周围分界清,形态欠规则,无远处及周围淋巴结转移,增强扫描为轻度强化.结论 肺软骨瘤样错构瘤为良性肿瘤,预后好.CT对于肿瘤定性、术前定位、治疗方案的制定及术后随访具有重要价值.%Objective To investigate the CT manifestations of pulmonary chondromatous hamartoma. Methods The author (s) retrospectively analyzed eighteen cases of pulmonary chondromatous hamartoma confirmed by pathology from July 2013 to October 2017,compared the pathological findings,and reviewed the relevant literatures in this field. Results Eighteen cases were all pulmonary chondromatous hamartoma,with five case having the symptoms of cough and expectoration,four with chest pain, and the other nine having no clinical signs. Besides,it was found that the tumor was divided clearly with its surroundings and its form was irregular. Furthermore,there was no lymph node metastasis,and enhanced CT showed that pulmonary chondromatous hamartoma was slightly strengthened. Conclusion It can be concluded that the pulmonary chondromatous hamartoma has low degree of malignancy,with good prognosis. And CT has great value on the aspects such as qualitative diagnosis,preoperative localization, therapeutic schedule and postoperative follow-up treatment.
