肾球旁细胞瘤的CT诊断价值

摘要

目的 分析探讨肾球旁细胞瘤的CT表现特征,提高其诊断准确性.方法 回顾性分析我院2005年4月～2012年3月经手术病理证实为肾球旁细胞瘤的5例患者CT资料.所有患者均行CT增强扫描,4例行三维后处理重建.以手术结果为标准,分析CT检查显示肾球旁细胞瘤的准确性.结果 5例患者病灶均为单发,位于肾皮质区内.病灶最小者直径为7mm,最大者约为3cm.平扫病灶呈等或略低密度,边界显示欠清,增强扫描病灶动脉期无明显强化,门脉期及延迟期呈渐进性强化,CT值增加约25-50Hu.CT增强扫描及三维重建检查在病变位置、大小、形态的显示上与手术结果一致.结论 CT增强扫描及三维重建在肾球旁细胞瘤的诊断中有重要价值,可用于临床手术计划的制定.%Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of CT in juxtaglomerular cell tumor and to improve its diagnosis.Methods CT data of 5 patients in our hospital from April 2005 to March 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.All cases were diagnosed as juxtaglomerular cell tumor by pathological examination.CT contrast examination and three dimensional reconstructions were performed.Operative result was performed as a standard reference and the diagnostic accuracy of CT in juxtaglomerular cell tumor was investigated.Results The tumors of all 5 patients were single,locating in the renal cortex area.The minimum diameter of the lesions was 7 mm,and the maximum was 3 cm.All of the juxtaglomerular cell tumors were visualized as low-to iso-density area before contrast enhancement.None of the tumors were stained during arterial phase,but all were progressive strengthening during venous phase and delay phase.The CT number increased about 25～50 HU.The location,size,characterizations based on CT findings were consistent with intraoperative photography.Conclusion CT contrast examination and three dimensional reconstruction are of importance in diagnosis in juxtaglomerular cell tumor,and helpful for surgical plan.
