腰椎后缘骨内软骨结节MSCT研究

摘要

目的 探讨腰椎后缘骨内软骨结节CT诊断作用.方法 回顾45例共48个腰椎后缘骨内软骨结节的CT表现.结果 腰椎后缘骨内软骨结节在椎管内的位置、数目、大小、形态及与母椎的联系有一定特征,尤其软骨结节与母椎骨缺损同存、两者可匹配及髓核阶的出现率均为100％.结论 初步认为本文提出的“匹配征”对腰椎后缘骨内软骨结节CT诊断具有重要意义.%Objective To explore diagnostic value of CT for Lumbar Posterior Marginal intraosseous cartilaginous Nodern(LPMN). Methods The forty eight nodes of 45 cases of LPMN were rewiewed. Results The position, number, size,rnshape, and relation to origining vertebrae of LPMN have some character, and especially, the generant rate of concurrencernand matching of LPMN with origining bone defect as well as of vertebralpulp step is all 100%. Conclusion We thinkrn"matching sign"possess significance for CT diagnosis of LPMN.
