螺旋CT 重建技术在腰椎峡部裂诊断和治疗中的临床应用价值

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical application value of spiral CT and reconstructions in the diagnosis and treat-ment of lumbar spondylolysis .Methods From 2008 to 2013 ,50 patients with isthmic spondylolisthesis were admitted to the study .Various post-processing techniques including multi planar reformation (MPR) and volume rendering (VR) were carried out at the workstation .Results MSCT and reconstructions show the vertebral spondylolisthesis ,spondylolysis , callus ,osteophyte formation and fibrous tissue hyperplasia in all of 50 patients .Conclusion MSCT and imaging post-pro-cessing can clear display lumbar spondylolysis and provide accurate preoperative evidence for the treatment of lumbar spon-dylolysis .%目的：探讨多层螺旋CT （MSCT ）及其重建技术在腰椎峡部裂诊断及治疗中的临床应用价值。方法分析2008年～2013年收治的经临床确诊的50例腰椎峡部裂患者的资料，患者均行M SC T扫描图像，所得数据传入工作站，再进行多平面重组（MPR）、容积再现（VR）等图像重组。结果50例患者的MSCT 多种重建技术均可以很好的显示椎体滑脱、峡部裂、骨痂及骨赘形成和纤维组织增生。结论多层螺旋CT扫描及图像后处理可以清晰显示和诊断腰椎峡部裂，为临床手术提供准确的治疗依据。
