永存三叉动脉的CTA和MRA特征

         

摘要

Objective To explore CTA and MRA characteristics of persistent trigeminal artery ( PTA) in an effort to improve the understanding of this vascular variation .Methods 9 patients with PTA , who received CTA and MRA , were analyzed retro-spectively.The origin, running, and blood supply from posterior circulation of PTA , and its complicated other vascular malforma-tions and cerebrovascular disease were analyzed .Results All the trigeminal arteries originated from the cavernous segment of in-ternal carotid artery , converged into basilar artery .4 cases were on the right side and 5 cases were on the left side .According to Saltzman’ s classification, 6 cases were Saltzman type I, 3 cases were Saltzman type Ⅲ, no one was type II.4 cases complicated with lacunar infarction , and 2 cases complicated with trigeminal neuralgia .Conclusion CTA and MRA can clearly display the PTA and its running .Understanding of PTA can explain clinical symptoms associated with it and avoid the risks caused by improp -er management in the sellar regions before surgery and interventional treatment .%目的:探讨永存三叉动脉(persistent trigeminal artery, PTA)的多层螺旋CT血管成像(CTA)和磁共振血管造影( MRA)的影像学特征,提高对该血管变异的认识。方法回顾性分析经CTA和MRA发现的9例PTA的影像资料,分析其起源、走形、后循环供血、合并其他的血管变异以及伴发脑血管病变。结果9例PTA均起源于颈内动脉海绵窦段,汇入基底动脉,其中4例位于右侧,5例位于左侧。按Saltzman分型,I型6例,III型3例,未发现II型。4例伴发有腔隙性脑梗死,2例伴有三叉神经痛。结论 CTA和MRA可清楚显示PTA的解剖结构。正确认识PTA可以解释与其相关的临床症状,在进行鞍区手术或相关介入操作过程中,避免不当操作所致的危险。
