超声弹性应变率在肺癌颈部淋巴结转移穿刺中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨超声弹性应变率成像技术在肺癌颈部淋巴结转移穿刺中的临床价值。方法将肺癌伴颈部淋巴结肿大且怀疑转移患者160例，分为试验组和对照组各80例。试验组由弹性应变率指导穿刺针吸，对照组由二维超声引导针吸，标本均涂片作细胞学检查。观察两组标本的取样成功率和准确率。结果由弹性应变率指导穿刺针吸的取样成功率100％（80／80）高于二维超声引导下穿刺96．3％（77／80），差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。由弹性应变率指导穿刺针吸的取样准确率93．8％（75／80）高于二维超声引导下穿刺83．8％（67／80），差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。结论超声弹性应变率指导肺癌颈部转移淋巴结穿刺针吸具有较高的取样成功率和准确率，有一定临床价值。%Objective To discuss the the value of ultrasonic elastography-guided fine needle aspiration for the cervical lymph node metastasis of lung cancer.Methods Needle aspiration was used to examine 160 patients with 160 suspected cervical lymph nodes metastasis of lung cancer.80 cases were guided by ultrasonic elastography and 80 cases were guided by traditional ultrason-ic.All of them were diagnosed by cytology.The satisfaction rate and accuracy rate of sampling were analyzed.Results The sat-isfaction rate of sampling guided by ultrasonic elastography was 100%(80/80), higher than that guided by traditional ultrasonic (96.3%,77/80)( P <0.05).The accuracy rate of sampling guided by ultrasonic elastography was 93.8%(75/80), higher than guided by traditional ultrasonic (83.8%,67/80) ( P <0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic elastography-guided fine needle as-piration has higher value in the diagnosis of the cervical lymph node metastasis of lung cancer.
