MRI对膝关节前交叉韧带损伤诊断的假阳性及假阴性的病例分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the influence factors of false positives and false negatives on anterior cruciate ligament injury of MRI, and to explore diagnostic points to further improve the accuracy of MRI diagnosis. Methods Arthroscopy result as diagnostic criteria, 162 patients with knee anterior cruciate ligament injury were analyzed. Results There weere 12 cases of MRI diagnosis in conformity with arthroscopy, false positive rate was 3.09%, false negative rate was 4.32%. Conclusion Fully understanding MRI diagnosis of ACL injury related influence factors of false positives and false negatives and adopting technical solutions actively can better reflect the value of MRI in the diagnosis of ACL.%目的 探讨MRI诊断出现假阳性及假阴性的影响因素,进一步分析提高MRI诊断准确率的诊断要点.方法以关节镜结果作为诊断标准,回顾性分析162例膝关节前交叉韧带损伤患者的MRI诊断结果.结果 162例患者中有12例患者的MRI诊断结果与关节镜不符,假阳性率为3.09% ,假阴性率为4.32%.结论 充分认识MRI诊断ACL损伤的假阳性和假阴性的相关影响因素,积极采用提高膝关节前交叉韧带诊断准确率的技术方案,才能更好的体现MRI对ACL的诊断价值.
