自体肋软骨联合自体筋膜在鼻部皮肤菲薄患者鼻整形中的应用分析

摘要

目的:对鼻部皮肤菲薄患者鼻整形中应用自体肋软骨联合自体筋膜的效果进行分析.方法:选取2015年5月～2017年8月某院收治的35例鼻部皮肤菲薄接受隆鼻术的患者作为研究对象,对患者采用自体肋软骨联合自体筋膜的手术方案,之后对患者的术后效果进行分析.结果:对35例患者术后第1、3、6、12、24个月进行随访,根据观察情况可知,与患者整形前相比,整形后患者的鼻高度、鼻部外形及总体满意度较高,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),且患者术后无并发症发生.结论:在鼻部皮肤菲薄患者实施鼻整形过程中采用自体肋软骨联合自体筋膜能取得良好效果,不论是鼻部整形后的外形还是手感都获得较高的满意度,且术后并发症发生率较低,因此,该手术方案值得在临床中推广使用.%Objective:To analyze the effect of autologous costal cartilage combined with autologous fascia in rhinoplasty of patients with thin nasal skin.Methods:35 patients with nasal skin and augmented rhinoplasty in a hospital from May 2015 to August 2017 were enrolled.The patients were treated with autologous costal cartilage combined with autologous fascia.The effect was analyzed after the operation.Results:The first,third,sixth,12th and 24th months of postoperative were followed up on 35 patients.According to observations, the nasal height,nasal shape,and overall satisfaction of patients after plastic surgery were higher than before the patient''s plastic surgery.The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05),and there were no complications after operation.Conclusion:The application of autologous costal cartilage combined with autologous fascia in the rhinoplasty of nasal skin patients can achieve good results,both the shape and feel of the nose after the plastic surgery were highly satisfied,and the postoperative complication rate is lower. Therefore,the surgical plan is worth promoting in the clinic.
