自体肋软骨联合自体筋膜在鼻部皮肤菲薄患者鼻整形中的应用

摘要

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical curative effect of the application of a coalition between autologous cartilage and autologous fascia transplantation in the nasal rhinoplasty in Patients with thin skin of nasal. Methods During Jan.2010 to Dec.2015,the method is adopted on 76 patients with thin skin of nasal,then the following-up observation is explored after the operation.Results 40 patients were satisifed with their nasal,the nasal are beautiful and natural,there were no exposure of cartilage,this method can also avoid the wizened skin of nasal and other complications at the same time.Conclusions The autologous cartilage combined autologous fascia transplantation in rhinoplasty especially for patients with thin skin of nasal can acquire satisfactory effects,this method is a better operative plan particularly for patients who can not accept prosthesis or need re-operation.%目的：研究分析自体肋软骨联合自体筋膜在鼻部皮肤菲薄患者鼻整形中的临床疗效。方法：自2010年1月至2015年12月期间，笔者应用该方法对76例鼻部皮肤菲薄患者进行了隆鼻术，并对术后效果进行跟踪随访。结果：40例患者术后均取得较好效果，此方法使外鼻外形更加自然柔美，手感良好，且避免了皮肤干瘪、显形等并发症的发生。结论：对于鼻部皮肤菲薄患者实施自体肋软骨联合自体筋膜隆鼻术，术后可取得满意效果，对不能接受假体及鼻整形术后修复的患者而言是一种良好的手术方案。
