目的:观察与分析在手术室护理中行细节护理对于提高手术室安全性的应用效果.方法:选取某院的80例患者, 将患者按照入院先后顺序随机分为两组, 即研究组与参照组, 每组各40例患者, 对参照组患者行常规手术室护理措施, 对研究组患者行手术室细节护理措施, 比较两组患者的护理满意程度以及临床手术安全性.结果:在本次研究中, 研究组护士配合技能, 仪器的准备以及手术安全性的评分均高于参照组, 经统计学分析P<0.05, 具有统计学意义;比较两组患者护理满意程度, 研究组明显高于参照组, 差异较为显著, 具有统计学意义 (P<0.05).结论:对手术患者进行细节护理措施, 能够有效提高护理满意程度, 与常规护理相比较, 能够有效提高手术室护理安全性, 在临床中予以推广及应用.%Objective: To observe and analyze the application effect of detail nursing in operation room nursing in improving the safety of operation room. Methods: 80 cases in a hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, study group and control group, 40 patients in each group.The control group patients were treated with routine operation room nursing measures, the study group underwent operation room detailed nursing measures, compared two groups of patients with nursing the degree of satisfaction with the clinical and surgical safety. Results: In this study, the scores of training skills, instrument preparation and surgical safety were higher in the study group than in the control group, statistical analysis showed that P<0.05 had statistical significance; Compared the nursing satisfaction degree of patients in the two groups, the study group was significantly higher than the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The detail nursing measures for patients with surgery can effectively improve the degree of nursing satisfaction, comparing with conventional nursing, it can effectively improve the safety of nursing in the operation room, should be popularized and applied in clinical.
