糖尿病监测评分表对老年糖尿病患者远期生活质量的影响

摘要

目的：探讨糖尿病监测评分表对老年糖尿病患者远期生活质量的影响。方法：按照随机数字法将648例老年糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组在征得患者同意后，除常规监测血糖外，采用我科自制的糖尿病监测评分表进行评分及自我调理，对照组常规按照监测血糖的结果进行相关调整，未使用糖尿病监测表。对两组患者每年进行SF-36量表评分。结果：对照两组患者的并发症情况，观察组并发症发生率为8．3％，明显少于对照组18．9％，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝11．96，P＜0．01）。2年后 SF-36量表调查显示，观察组患者的生理机能、生理职能、一般健康状况、精力、精神健康、健康变化得分分别为：（83．64±5．12），（85．76±3．44），（85．80±6．21），（77．39±3．14），（76．41±3．25），（56．71±4．23）分，均高于对照组的（78．27±3．67），（79．91±3．16），（78．42±5．36），（71．41±2．88），（70．12±2．56），（49．25±3．88）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：通过指导患者使用糖尿病监测评分表能明显减少远期糖尿病并发症的发生，大大提高老年糖尿病患者的远期生活质量。%Objective:To explore the influence on the long-term quality of life of elderly patients with dia-betes through the scoresheet of diabetes monitoring .Methods :648 elderly patients with diabetes were ran-domly divided into experimental group and control group .Obtained the consent of the patient ,experimental group were treating by the scoresheet of diabetes monitoring in addition to the regular monitoring of .Control group were in routine treated according to blood glucose monitoring without using the scoresheet .The two groups were evaluated by the SF-36 scale each year .Results :Evaluated the complications between the two groups .The risk of the complications was only 8 .3% in experimental group and the risk in control group was 18 .9% .2 years later ,through the SF -36 scale investigation shows ,Experimental group score :Physical function(83 .64 ± 5 .12) ,Role physical(85 .76 ± 3 .44) ,General health (85 .80 ± 6 .21) ,Vitality (77 .39 ± 3 .14) ,Mental health(76 .41 ± 3 .25) ,Health change(56 .71 ± 4 .23);Control group score :Physical function (78 .27 ± 3 .67) ,Role physical(79 .91 ± 3 .16) ,General health(78 .42 ± 5 .36) ,Vitality(71 .41 ± 2 .88) ,Men-tal health(70 .12 ± 2 .56) ,Health change(49 .25 ± 3 .88) .between the two groups score have statistical sig-nificance(P<0 .05) .Conclusions :Through the use of the scoresheet of diabetes monitoring can significantly reduce the incidence of diabete forward complications and obviously improve the quality of life of the elder pa-tients with diabetes .
