中老年妇女与血清松弛素水平及盆底电生理的相关性研究

摘要

Objective: This paper aims to determine the correlation of serum relaxin level and pelvic floor electrophysiology in elder females. Methods: 100 cases underwent total hysterectomy were collected, and serum RLX H2 level and pelvic function are detected. Results: There is no statistical significance in serum RLX level in the cases with menopause and pelvic organ prolapse or not. There is no correlation between age and RLX levels. There is also no correlation between serum RLX levels and pelvic floor electrophysiology. Conclusions: In elder females, there is no correlation between serum RLX levels and pelvic floor dysfunction, and there is also no correlation between serum RLX levels and pelvic floor electrophysiology.therefore, it needs ato be further clarified.%目的：探讨中老年妇女与血清松弛素（relaxin，RLX）水平及盆底电生理的相关性。方法：收集某院拟行全子宫切除的患者100例，行血清RLX H2浓度检测及盆底功能检查，进行相关因素分析。结果：依有无绝经及有无盆腔脏器脱垂各分为2组进行比较，发现二者间血清RLX水平的差异无统计学意义（p＞0.05）。另外发现年龄与RLX水平之间无明显相关性。血清RLX水平与盆底功能、盆底电生理各参数间亦无明显相关性。结论：中老年妇女中血清RLX水平与盆底功能障碍性疾病之间无明显相关性，血清RLX与盆底电生理之间无明显相关性，尚待较大样本研究进一步明确。
