剖宫产术中妊娠合并子宫肌瘤处理方法分析

摘要

Objective:To analyze the processing of pregnancy complicated with myoma of uterus during cesarean section .Methods:A total of 100 pregnant patients with uterine myoma underwent cesarean section in 2014 January to 2015 January were selected as the research object and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,the 50 patients in the control group were treated with cesarean section ,The experimental group underwent cesarean section and myomectomy simultaneously.Results:The experimental group hospitalization time of the experiment group was shorter than that of the control group,and the con-sumption of oxytocin in experiment group was more than that of the control group,The difference was signif-icant (P <0.05),There was no significant difference between the 2 groups in other indexes.Conclusion:When operating cesarean section on pregnant patients with myoma of uterus,if various conditions permitting ,it is safe and reliable to carry out myomectomy it is feasible.%目的：：分析剖宫产术中妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的处理方法。方法：在2014年1月~2015年1月期间，择取100例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤行剖宫产术的患者作为研究对象，将这100例患者以随机的方式分成实验组以及对照组，对照组50例，实验组50例。对照组的患者单纯进行剖宫产手术治疗，实验组的患者行剖宫产术的同时将子宫肌瘤切除。结果：实验组住院时间、术中宫缩素使用量多于对照组，差异显著(P <0.05)，其他指标没有显著差异。结论：在对妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的患者进行剖宫产手术时，当各方面条件都有利的情况下，进行肌瘤剔除治疗，其安全性与有效性均好，是可行的。
