目的：对妊娠合并子宫肌瘤在剖宫产术中处理效果进行探讨。方法选取60例子宫肌瘤患者，将其分为2组，观察组30例患者，采取子宫肌瘤剔除术，对照组30例患者，运用剖宫产，最后对两组患者的手术时间、住院时间、愈合效果等各项指标进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的感染率、手术中出血量、产后出血率、平均住院时间等指标均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论妊娠患者在进行剖宫手术时，直接将子宫肌瘤剔除，能够减轻患者痛苦，是一种科学可行的方法。%Objective To explore the treatment effect of cesarean section for pregnant women with uterine fibroids.Methods60 patients with uterine fibroids,which were divided into two groups,the observation group 30 patients took myomectomy,control group of 30 patients in the use of cesarean section. Two groups of operative time,hospital indicators of time,the healing effects were analyzed.Results The infection rate, bleeding rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate,average length of stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Pregnant patients during caesarean surgery,myomectomy directly,it is possible to alleviate the suffering of patients,which is a scientific and feasible method.
