胰岛素泵短期强化治疗血糖控制不佳2型糖尿病的疗效及相关影响因素分析

摘要

目的：：比较胰岛素泵持续皮下输注与多次皮下注射强化治疗血糖控制不佳2型糖尿病的短期疗效及可能影响因素。方法：选取血糖控制不佳2型糖尿患者135例，随机分为两组，研究组给予胰岛素泵皮下输注，对照组予多次皮下注射降血糖治疗，观察住院期间各组血糖等多项指标。结果：胰岛素泵组在血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量、住院天数低于多次皮下注射组，血糖控制良好率优于多次皮下注射组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低血糖发生率方面，两组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论：胰岛素泵持续皮下注射短期降糖效果显著，快速并安全有效。%Objective:To compare the clinical short-term efficacy of intensive treatment through continuous subcutaneousinsulin infusion and multiple subcutaneous insulin injection on type 2 Diabetes featuring with poor glucose control and possible influential factors.Methods:135 patients withtype 2 diabetes featuring with poor glucose were selected.They were randomly divided into2 groups.The research group were treated with CSII and the control group received MSII.Observe the glucose and other indicators of the 2 groups during hospitalization .Results:Recovery timeof blood sugar in the research group and the length of stay were shorter than that in the control group ,and the insulin dosage wasless than that in the control group and the rate of blood sugar controlled properly was also higher than that in control group(P < 0.05),the differences were all statistically significant.As for the incidence rate of hypoglycemia ,there was no obvious difference between the 2 groups.Conclusion:Compared with MSII,CSII is more effective to lower blood glucose in a short time and it is safe.
