奥曲肽联合前列地尔治疗急性胰腺炎临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：研究分析急性胰腺炎应用奥曲肽联合前列地尔的治疗效果，丰富临床治疗经验。方法：选择2011年3月～2014年3月在某院确诊收治的110例急性胰腺炎患者，将其随机分为两组，各55例，对照组选用奥曲肽治疗，观察组给予奥曲肽联合前列地尔治疗。对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：经治疗，患者的临床症状均明显改善，观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96．4％，显著优于对照组的81．8％，差异显著（ P＜0．05）；观察组中有2例患儿治疗期间出现不良反应，不良反应率为2．5％，对照组中7例不良反应，不良反应率为10％，差异显著（ P＜0．05）。结论：急性胰腺炎应用奥曲肽联合前列地尔治疗效果确切、安全可靠，值得临床大力推广。%Objective:To study and analyze the effect of octreotide plus alprostadil on acute pancreatitis and to richen clinical experience .Methods:Select 110 cases of patients who were received in our hospital dur‐ing the period from March 2011 to 2014 March and were diagnosed with acute pancreatitis ,randomly divide them into 2 groups ,55 cases for each group .Treat the control group with octreotide while the observation group with octreotide plus alprostadil .Compare the clinical effect in both group .Results:After treatment ,pa‐tients'clinical symptoms had been improved ,in observation group ,the overall effective rate was 96 .4% , which was obviously better than than of the control group(81 .8% ) ,the difference was obvious(P<0 .05);2 patients showed adverse reaction in observation group during treatment ,the adverse reaction rate was 2 .5% , while in control group ,7 patients had adverse reaction ,the adverse reaction rate was 10% ,the difference was significant(P<0 .05) .Conclusion:It is effective safe and reliable to treat acute pancreatitis with octreotide in combination with alprostadil ,it deserves vigorously clinical promotion .
