优质护理对头颈肿瘤患者放疗急性反应及放疗依从性的影响

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of high quality nursing on acute reaction and compliance of radiotherapy for patients with head and neck neoplasms.Methods:Select 80 patients with head and neck neo-plasms received in our hospital during the period from November 2012 to November 2013 and randomly di-vide them into nursing group and control group,treat the nursing group with high quality nursing and the control group with conventional nursing.Compare the occurrence of adverse reaction during radiotherapy and the result of compliance to radiotherapy between the 2 groups.Results:In nursing group ,the compliance to radiotherapy was 87.50%,while the figure was 50% in control group,to compare the 2 groups,the difference was obvious and statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:It is effective to improve the adverse reaction of patients with head and neck neoplasms with high quality nursing,it can ensure the implementation of ra-diotherapy and the safety of radiotherapy,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.%目的：：探讨优质护理对头颈肿瘤患者放疗急性反应及放疗依从性的影响效果。方法：选取某院于2012年11月~2013年11月收治的80例头颈肿瘤患者，将其随机分为护理组和对照组，护理组采用优质护理方式，对照组采用常规护理方式，对比两组患者放疗期间的不良反应发生率和对放疗的依从性结果。结果：护理组患者放疗依从性为87.50%，对照组患者放疗依从性为50.00%，两组结果对比有显著性差异(P <0.05)，具有统计学意义。结论：优质护理干预方式对于改善头颈肿瘤患者的不良反应方面发挥着明显作用，能够保证患者的放疗治疗实施和放疗安全性，值得在临床上推广应用。
