优质护理管理对头颈肿瘤患者放疗急性反应及放疗依从性的影响研究

摘要

Objective To research the effect of excellent nursing management on the radiotherapy acute reaction and radio-therapy compliance of patients with head and neck neoplasms. Methods 86 cases of patients with head and neck neoplasms adopting the radiotherapy from March 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each, the control group adopted the normal nursing method, while the experiment group adopted the excellent nursing management on the basis of the control group. Results After the excellent nursing management, the difference in the excellent and good rate of radiotherapy compliance result between the experimental group and the control group (95.35% vs 69.77%), P<0.05, and the differences in the incidence rates of adverse reactions during the radiotherapy period and after the radiotherapy were obvious with statistical significance, P<0.05. Conclusion In the course of radiotherapy, the excellent nursing management can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients and effectively reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions of patients and give the better radiotherapy to patients, and the clinical value is very obvious, which is worth promotion and application.%目的：就优质护理管理对头颈肿瘤患者放疗急性反应及放疗依从性的影响进行研究。方法选择2015年3月-2016年4月期间所收治的86例采用放疗的头颈肿瘤患者作为研究对象，随机将所有患者分成实验组和对照组，每组43例，对照组患者采用平常的护理方式；实验组患者则在对照组的基础上进行优质护理管理。结果实验组患者经过优质护理管理之后，其放疗依从性结果优良率为95.35%，而对照组患者放疗依从性结果优良率为69.77%，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组患者在经过优质护理管理后其放疗期间、放疗结束之后的不良反应发生率分别为16.30%、4.65%；而对照组患者分别为30.23%、34.88%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对头颈肿瘤患者进行放疗的过程中，对患者进行优质护理管理能够有效地提升患者治疗的依从性，同时还能有效地减少患者不良反应发生率，使患者能更好地进行放疗，临床价值十分显著，值得推广使用。
