X线平片、常规CT及MSCT在支气管扩张症诊断的应用价值研究

摘要

Objective:To analyze the application effect of X-ray plain film,conventional CT and MSCT in the diagnosis of patients with bronchiectasis.Methods:9 6 patients with bronchiectasis treated in a hospital from July 2015 to September 2016 were selected and divided into control group 1,control group 2 and obser-vation group.The control group 1 was given conventional CT scan,the control group 2 underwent X-ray plain film scan,and the observation group received multi-slice spiral CT scan.Then compared the specific diagnosis of three groups.Results:The detection rate and sensitivity of observation group were significantly better than those of control groups,and there was significant difference between the three groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of patients with bronchiectasis is effective and worthy of promotion.%目的：：分析X线平片、常规CT与MSCT在支气管扩张症患者的临床诊断中的应用效果。方法：选择某院于2015年7月~2016年9月期间收治的96例支气管扩张患者为对象，将所有患者均分作对照1组、对照2组与观察组，对照1组患者接受常规CT扫描，对照2组患者接受X线平片扫描，观察组患者则接受多层螺旋CT扫描，对比三组对象具体的诊断情况。结果：观察组患者的检出率和敏感率明显优于对照1组和对照2组患者，组间存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论：在支气管扩张患者临床诊断中，多层螺旋CT的应用效果较好，值得推广。
