眼底激光联合复方樟柳碱治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床研究

摘要

目的：：研究眼底激光联合复方樟柳碱治疗视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)的临床疗效。方法：选取2012年9月~2015年7月某院收治的80例(90眼)RVO 患者作为观察目标,按照硬币法分为参照组(n =40,45眼)和治疗组(n =40,45眼),参照组单纯采用眼底激光治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合复方樟柳碱治疗,观察并比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗组有效率优于参照组,组间差异具有显著性统计学意义(P <0.05)；治疗组患者视力改善情况同比参照组,差异明显,有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论：眼底激光联合复方樟柳碱治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床疗效确切,安全性高,具有积极的临床推广和选择意义。%Objective:To study clinical efficacy of the fundus laser combined with anisodine in the treat-ment of retinal vein occlusion (RVO).Methods:80 RVO cases treated in a hospital from September 2012 to July 2015 (90)were taken as the observed object,who were divided into reference group (n =40,45 eyes) and treatment group (n =40,45 eyes).The reference group only were treated with retinal laser and treat-ment group were treated with joint compound anisodine on the basis of retinal laser,then the effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The treatment group was superior to the reference group,and the difference was significant statistically significant (P <0.05)between the two groups;improvement of visual acuity of the treatment group was better than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically sig-nificant (P <0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of fundus laser combined with compound anisodine exact treatment of retinal vein occlusion,safe,has a positive clinical significance and options.
