流感监测以及健康人群流感抗体水平的研究

摘要

Objective:To study and analyze influenza surveillance and antibody levels in healthy people. Methods:To choose influenza virus,and influenza antibody level of the populationa in Banti Street of Long-gang District in Shenzhn as the research obj ects,then complete monitoring work,and analyze influenza sur-veillance and antibody levels in healthy people by the methods of serum samples,influenza antibody detec-tion,influenza virus isolation and identification.Results:Compare with that in 2011,the positive rate of in-fluenza antibody in 2008 was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the practical work,it needs to further strengthen the antigen variation of influenza virus strain detection and monitoring of influenza levels. For the susceptible population less than 5 years and more than 20 years,they should be given strengthened influenza vaccination to prevent the emergence of pandemic influenza.%目的：：研究分析流感监测以及健康人群流感抗体水平。方法：选取深圳市龙岗区坂田街道区近几年的流感病原学以及人群流感抗体水平进行进一步分析，完成相关的监测工作，采取血清标本采集、流感抗体检测、流感病毒的分离鉴定等方法完成流感监测以及健康人群流感抗体水平的分析。结果：2008年深圳市龙岗区坂田街道人群流感抗体阳性率相比2011年来说具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在实际工作中，需要进一步强化流感病毒抗原变异株的检测以及人群流感水平监测，对于低于5岁以及超过20岁的易感人群需要进一步强化流感疫苗接种，防止预防流感出现大流行的情况。
